When using our financial management services:

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Spryngr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Some services may require payment:

• Fees are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

• Payment must be made by the due date

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• With 30 days' notice for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
